Prepare desired amount of Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes according to package.
Halve one large tomato, then dice the halve.
Measure ¼ cup of Busy Bee Candied Jalapenos.
Dice the Busy Bee Candied Jalapenos.
Transfer the Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes to a serving plate while still hot.
Place two pieces of Sargento Ultra Thin Colby Jack cheese on top of the Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes. Spread diced tomatoes on top of cheese.
Spread Busy Bee Candied Jalapenos on top of the diced tomatoes.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve with sausage, bacon or even smoked salmon!
